Tom is the Chair of the Judging Panel and has worked in content marketing for over 15 years. Originally a Publisher in the technology sector, Tom has extensive experience of running large content teams, delivering multi-touch lead generation, nurturing and syndication campaigns, working with household names in the technology, and retail and institutional investment sectors. In his current role as Director of Content and Performance Marketing Services, Tom is responsible for Incisive Works - Incisive's in-house content marketing agency. As the job title suggests, Incisive Works deliver high quality content, coupled with performance marketing approaches that ensure content visibility and marketing ROI.
Group Marketing and Distribution Director
David Cooper has nearly 35 years working in financial services. He has operated in a number of sectors including retail banking, general insurance, personal credit, actuarial consulting and for the past decade, the retirement industry. He has worked for a variety of large organisations including GE Capital, Centrica plc and Bradford & Bingley as well as much smaller growth businesses such as the founder of enhanced annuities, Stalwart Assurance, and since 2006 Just Group.
David is a non-executive director of Origo Services Limited, the software standards and services supplier.

HSBC Asset Management
Simon Ellis is the Global Head of Client Segments at HSBC Asset Management (AMG,) responsible for client strategy for global banks, wholesale channels and corporate pensions. His role encompasses strategy, sales, marketing, product and client service for the asset management needs of the Group's key clients globally. He is also leader of AMG's market response to MiFID 2 and Brexit, and a non-executive director. He has been in financial services for over 30 years, including spells with Henderson Global Investors, Axa Investment Managers, Fidelity and Legal and General. He has been head of retail in three of those companies, and CEO of multi-manager services in two of them, so has a very broad experience of fund distribution and key account management. Simon is a recognised industry spokesman and has been heavily involved with the UK's Investment Association over the years including having been a non-executive director of the association.
Martin has had a career in financial services marketing. This has included a range of roles at Legal & General, Marketing Director at Prolific, and General Manager Marketing at Pearl Assurance.
He then became Managing Director of the strategic marketing arm of a London agency.
Today he is Managing Director of Bulletin Marketing, where he is heavily involved in the tax efficient market, including chairing the Research, Education and Marketing committee for the EIS Association.
Brendan Llewellyn, Director and Co-Founder of Adviser Home - helping advisers run and develop their practices - has over 30 years' experience in management, leadership and marketing. He has worked as a consultant and coach with over 50 companies from leading multi nationals like GE Capital, Barclays and Aviva through to a range of SMEs, focussing on strategy, proposition development, communication advice and delivery. In delivering consultancy he draws on 20 years' experience in corporate management. His particular focus is the inter-relationship between strategy and communication. He has a regular thought piece commenting on the financial services sector with Incisive Media - "Armchair Critic"

Isla Mackenzie is a global distribution and asset management marketing leader with a career which has spanned over 18 years in the global financial services and asset management industry. Isla is currently Director, Global Marketing and External Communications at Aviva Investors.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Isla led UK Marketing at Aberdeen Asset Management and Institutional Marketing at Standard Life Investments where she spearheaded the development of category killer propositions and led brand, product marketing and channel development.
At Aviva Investors, Isla has played a critical role in turning around the fortunes of Aviva's investment arm by relaunching the brand and creating a multiple-award winning global marketing platform spanning brand, media relations, content marketing, digital and communications. She was named Investment Marketer of the Year in 2016 and in 2017, she took third place on the Financial Services Marketing Leaders List. Isla also made the finalist list of the Investment Woman of the Year Awards in 2017, recognizing her long-term industry contribution.
Philip joined Openwork in 2011 from F&C Investments. Previously, he was the one of the founding directors of Nucleus Financial Group, having successfully co-run his own consultancy business, the abacus, specialising in strategic and propositional projects with a range of life company, regulatory and asset management clients. He is responsible for the development of Openwork's investment solutions and all aspects of Openwork's marketing and PR.

Anne-Marie is an internationally experienced asset management marketer whose career spans more than 20 years. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer - International at BNY Mellon Investment Management.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, she held a number of senior positions at M&G Investments, including Head of Pan-European Marketing. During this time, she pioneered the launch of the first financial blog in the industry - Bond Vigilantes alongside the M&G fixed income team.
AT BNY Mellon, she has spearheaded game-changing initiatives such as the donation of the boat race sponsorship to CRUK as well as creating innovative new approaches to areas such as content marketing including creating an award-winning investment editorial team. She has recently been named Investment Week's Marketer of the year for the second time (also awarded in 2015).

Natalie has worked in PR for over 15 years and joined Teamspirit nine years ago as a founding member of Teamspirit Public Relations, contributing to its rapid growth to the second largest financial specialist agency in the UK. Natalie has been a board member of Teamspirit Group for seven years and, in a newly created role, champions innovation across the agency, including supporting the development of new propositions and strategies. As part of this role, she leads Teamspirit's dedicated fintech practice, Propel, which applies purpose led, agile communications to accelerate clients from start up to scale. Key clients include Trussle, the UK's first online mortgage broker; pay as you go car insurer, Cuvva; and Bricklane.com, the tenant first property investment platform.
Natalie's award winning career experience includes delivery of UK/European communications strategy for global property agent CBRE; launch and consumer campaigning for shared value insurer Vitality; creation and launch of the Silver RPI for Age UK (Enterprises); global content delivery for Barclays Group; launch of Barclays LifeSkills for Barclays Global Retail Bank; and national media and stakeholder engagement to support Government backed Careers and Enterprise Company.
Alongside, Natalie is a Trustee for Brighton and Hove based charity, Impetus, dedicated to tackling isolation within our city; and founder and editorial consultant to the YouTube campaign 'Raising Awareness of Developmental Language Disorders' that has reached half a million people globally.

Professor Mike Saren is from the School of Business at the University of Leicester where he is Professor of Marketing. He has an honorary fellowship of the UK Academy of Marketing, a PhD from the University of Bath and a visiting professorship at Birmingham University. Andrew has worked in financial services communications for over 30 years and in 2012, established the London office of New York headquartered, Prosek Partners LLC. During his career he has advised many of the world's leading financial and professional services brands on their reputation and corporate image. Andrew is Managing Director and Head of the London Office for Prosek UK and maintains an active role in advising clients across the firm's London and New York offices, as well as building the consultancy's franchise in the UK and in Europe. He specialises in asset management and in the bordering subset of suppliers (software / fintech / risk management / data) that support the investment industry. In addition to helping companies build reputations and delivering business impact within broader marketing campaigns, he is also experienced at crisis management work and in defending the reputations of both established as well as emerging financial services companies.
Outside his consulting role, Andrew is a UK Founder Member and Board Director of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. The IICF is the first charitable foundation of its kind which represents the insurance sector at the industry level, collectively providing grants, volunteering service and leadership programmes to local communities across the UK.
Before establishing Prosek's London office, Andrew held senior agency roles at Ludgate Communications and Financial Dynamics (now FTI Consulting) where he established and lead the Financial Services practices.
